1. Service Description

PicSnapX provides an AI-powered photo generation service that creates professional headshots, passport photos, and social media avatars from user-uploaded images.

2. Account & Credits

• You must create an account to use the service.
• Each generation (producing 4 photo variations) costs 1 credit.
• Purchased credits do not expire.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• If you are unsatisfied with the generated results, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund review.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion and may result in the deduction of corresponding credits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Use the service to create misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass payment or credit systems.
• Use automated tools to access the service at scale.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of photos you upload.
• You are granted a full, unrestricted license to use the AI-generated images for any personal or commercial purpose.
• We do not claim ownership of generated images.

6. Disclaimers

• AI-generated photos may not be accepted by all government agencies for official documents. Always verify requirements with the issuing authority.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated images.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
